Shipping policy

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays).  Our processing time is anywhere between 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Covington, Louisiana. At this time, we do not offer shipping on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We do offer local pick-up in our surrounding areas on Saturday's after 12pm. Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.​

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. The tracking number will update within 24-48 hours.

​​Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or the order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. In the event, there is an issue you will receive email notification of these details.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
