Shipping & Returns - Jackson's Essentials

Shipping Policy: We process and ship packages Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays, from our facility in Covington, Louisiana. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note, we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Local pick-up is available in surrounding areas on Saturdays after 12 PM.

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours.

Processing time may be extended if there are concerns about your shipping address or if an order is flagged as high-risk. In such cases, we may request proof of identification for billing verification. You will be notified via email of any issues affecting processing time.

Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot revise or alter shipping options.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please email us at jacksonsessentials@gmail.com with your order number to initiate cancellation.

Packaging Materials: We prioritize sustainability by using cardboard boxes and minimizing single-use plastic packaging. We encourage all customers to recycle packaging materials whenever possible to support environmental conservation efforts.

Return Policy for Damaged Products: While we take care to secure your items with bubble wrap and packing peanuts, rough handling during transit can occasionally cause damage. Our packages are insured through USPS Priority Mail, but we require your assistance to file a claim for damaged items. Please email photos showing the extent of the damage to jacksonsessentials@gmail.com along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Package Delivery Issues: If your order is marked as delivered but you suspect it has been stolen, please contact the shipping carrier within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, USPS may not allow claims for packages marked delivered if they fulfilled their delivery duty. In such cases, we recommend filing a complaint with the US Postal Inspector for mail theft and notifying your local police department.
