We love our products and we hope you do, too! If you order any product and don’t absolutely love it right out of the box, you can return or exchange the unused product within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged Or Defective Products

If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email  with your order number and details of the damaged or defective products and we will replace it for you, on us!


We hope you find a new favorite fragrance with every candle purchase! However, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different fragrance, please email us at and include  the desired candle fragrance in your email.

We'll ship your chosen fragrance back for free!

Exchanges must be sent back to Jackson’s Essentials within 14 days of receiving your order; address will be provided via email.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
