Shipping & Returns

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays).  Our processing time is anywhere between 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Covington, Louisiana. At this time, we do not offer shipping on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We do offer local pick-up in our surrounding areas on Saturday's after 12pm.

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. The tracking number will update within 24-48 hours.

​Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or the order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. In the event, there is an issue you will receive email notification of these details.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options. 

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Contact jacksonsessentials@gmail.com with your order number and we'll be happy to process your cancellation.

What kind of shipping/packaging materials do you use?

We use cardboard boxes and try to keep single use plastic packaging to a minimum. We always urge our customers to recycle all packaging  when possible for the goodness of the environment. 

What is Jackson's Essentials return policy on a damaged product?

We are careful to package your purchase in bubble wrap and packing peanuts but sometimes the transit is rough. It happens. Since our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail, they are insured.  While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages, we will work with you remedy the situation and replace your damaged items by filing the claim via USPS. Photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to jacksonsessentials@gmail.com with your order number.

What is Jackson's Essentials return policy on a damaged product?

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but its appears the package may have actually been stolen. 

Please make arrangements to contact the shipping carrier within 24 - 48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but do not receive package. 

There are also instances where USPS is holding the package for pickup but incorrectly marks and does not leave a notice or USPS delivers to the wrong address. Check with your local Post Office to see if they are actually holding your package for pickup. Unfortunately, USPS may not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft.

 

Jackson’s Essentials accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Wednesday's and Saturday's, excluding Holiday’s.
